RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept product returns. Upon the first product usage CHISELL can not be resold or used elsewhere due to the nature of usage [in mouth placement]. 

In the case of product breakage, you are eligible for an indefinite resupply of the broken parts. No additional fee is charged for parts replacement. In order to validate and confirm the case of breakage, you must send the following to info@chisell.eu

1. Photos demonstrating the breakage

2. How many times you have used CHISELL in total

3. Average training session time

4. Order number

5. Full name

6. Detailed address with zip code and country

7. Email address you check most often
