Due to the nature of the product we do not accept product returns. Upon the first product usage CHISELL can not be resold or used elsewhere due to the nature of usage [in mouth placement]. 

In the case of product breakage, you are eligible for an indefinite resupply of the broken parts. No additional fee is charged for parts replacement. In order to validate and confirm the case of breakage, you must send the following to

1. Your email address which you check most often
2. Full name
3. Detailed address with zip code and country
4. Phone number
5. How many times you have used CHISELL in total (number of times you exercised before it broke)
6. What was the average time your training sessions
7. Photos demonstrating the breakage
