HOW TO TRAIN JAW MUSCLES
To get the fastest results, we recommend you do jaw exercises for 2 days and do 1-day break afterwards. The whole training session should take you around 10 minutes/day. You must do 3-5 sets during one jaw training session. Take 1-2 minute breaks between sets. Rinse CHISELLs in water or mouthwash before putting them in your mouth.
1. Put CHISELLs on your back teeth, one on each side. Your last 2-3 teeth in the back of your mouth is the proper placement.
2. Squeeze fully, hold for 1 second, release. Repeat this motion for around 2 minutes. Your masseter muscles will get tired.
3. Squeeze fast without holding for 40 – 50 times. Do not forget to breathe properly during the exercise.
4. Squeeze and hold for 30 seconds. Then take a 1- minute break. This is your one set. Do a total of 3-5 sets per day.
After you have gone through 3-5 sets rinse your CHISELLs again and put them back in the box.
Once you get used to the recommended routine, you can safely deviate and chew how you see fit for your preference.

YOUR MOST ATTRACTIVE MUSCLE
Masseter is the muscle which is responsible for closing your jaw. When you chew CHISELL you are training this muscle. With regular practice, the masseter grows in size, just like any other muscle in your body. When it grows it gives you an appearance of having a bigger and wider jaw.
A JOINT TO PROTECT
Temporomandibular joint is not fixed in place and gets out of the socket when the mouth is open wide. It can only handle big pressure when it is in the socket, which is when your mouth is only slightly opened. With CHISELL we wanted to avoid any potential injuries to the joint which is why we went with the design that only allows you to put pressure on the joint when it is safely positioned in the joint socket.
USE THE RIGHT TEETH
CHISELL makes you use the molar teeth, which nature gave you to handle big loads. You are using these teeth to break tough foods like meat, carrots, apples, etc.
