5 Things to Always Keep in Mind When Training Jaw Muscles
To make sure you are on the right track with your training we compiled a small list of checks and balances you should keep in mind to make sure your experience is a positive one. Follow these and you will become enlightened.
1 – Stretch Your Jaw Muscles
To avoid automatic jaw clenching due to excessive masseter muscle training make sure you stretch your masseter muscles after your workout. It is simple, just open your mouth widely and hold.
2 – Rinse Your CHISELLs
Keep proper hygiene and wash things you put in your mouth. Just rinse in water or mouthwash and you are ready to go.
3 – Begin Gently
Make sure your muscles are warmed up before you begin your intense training. Do a few bites and move your jaw around to make sure your muscles are ready to get the beating.
4 – Make It Short But Intense
We strongly advise against chewing CHISELL casually throughout your day. This puts too much stress on your temporomandibular joints. You don’t want to mess around with those. Do short intense training a few times a week instead.
5 – Leave Jaw Muscles Sore – Always
You have to destroy your masseter muscles during your workout. Have it as a goal you need to achieve every single time. If you manage – the growth will not keep itself waiting. This perhaps is the most important one to keep in mind. Without friction there is no growth. To get extraordinary results your must put extraordinary effort.
Have an awesome day, CHISELL Out!
